Floating Leaf Bali
Challenges That Became Our Inspiration
The original Floating Leaf website was overloaded — too much content, slow load times, and a navigation structure that made it difficult for retreat leaders to find what they needed quickly. The backend was equally cumbersome for the Floating Leaf team to manage and expand. Beyond the redesign, the client needed a smarter way to handle retreat enquiries: a tool that let retreat leaders design their own experience before ever getting on a call.
From Brainstorming to Beautiful Execution
We rebuilt the site in one month with a clean, minimalist design that puts the retreat experience front and centre. All content was rewritten to speak directly to retreat leaders — the people who choose venues, build programs, and bring groups to Bali.
The centrepiece of the build is the Retreat Builder — a custom interactive tool that lets retreat leaders configure their full retreat before contacting Floating Leaf. Leaders can select travel dates, group size, retreat duration, and choose from a curated list of Balinese experiences — from Tirta Empul purification ceremonies and sound baths to silversmithing workshops and Nusa Penida day trips. The tool calculates indicative pricing in real time based on group size and selections, and includes a save-as-draft feature so leaders can return and refine before submitting.
Post-launch, we transitioned into an ongoing maintenance retainer covering plugin updates, security reviews, backup management, performance monitoring, and page speed improvements.
The Results
Since launch, the Floating Leaf website has generated 383K impressions and 6.68K clicks through Google Search — with organic visibility growing consistently month over month from late 2024 into 2026.
The Retreat Builder has streamlined how Floating Leaf receives and qualifies new enquiries — retreat leaders arrive at the first conversation already knowing what they want. The Floating Leaf team can now manage and expand their site independently, with Jupitr continuing to support site health through an ongoing maintenance retainer
